The objectives of this 5K Walk/Run are as follow:

- To award scholarships for students and adults who want to take a course or certification and to provide military care packages for deployed men and women. We will also be supporting a small primary school on the island of Dominica, West Indies.

- We are hoping to inspire families, especially those who have never taken part in a 5K walk/run, to participate.

- We promote health, fitness, and a general sense of well-being through a fun and engaging way.

Includes an Official 5K T-Shirt, Runners Bib, Medal, and Misc. Swag Bag items (compliments of our Sponsors). Please feel free to post your photos on social media with #FC4U5K

If you choose to run in Teams, each member of the winning Team will receive a special certificate, "Travel Trophy" along with bragging rights for that year.
